Volunteer

We run the qualifying round on university campuses across Lebanon. That takes people on the ground on the day.

What volunteers do

• Set up exam rooms and lay out papers
• Run the registration desk and check students in
• Invigilate the exam
• Hand out pens, paper and water
• Organise food and drinks for the break
• Print and distribute brochures
• Point students to the right room
• Pack up and collect scripts at the end

Most of our volunteers are undergraduate and graduate students in Lebanon. You do not need an olympiad background. Tell us which campus is convenient for you and we will get in touch when a round is scheduled near you.
